Variable Speed Drives

 An inverter drive (also known as variable frequency drives or VFD) is a type of variable speed drive that allows you as the user to adjust the speed or output providing the user with precise control over pressure, fan speed or vacuum. Inverter drives are also ideal for helping to reduce waste or loss of electrical energy in a range of applications.  Variable frequency Drive technology allows us to provide energy saving solutions for any kind of motor. We have a vast amount of experience in the design and implementation of temperature, pressure, level and flow rate control applications.

 We tend to utilise soft starters in applications that require speed and torque control only during startup or where there is a requirement to reduce the large startup inrush currents associated with a large motor. If space is at a premium they are a good choice as they usually have a much smaller footprint than variable frequency drives

Using our gsm technology you and your staff are able to use your mobile phones to control and monitor our systems from anywhere. simple phone calls to start or stop a system out in the field means no travelling back and forth to the plant room to start hose reels or booms. Any faults or running notifications are sent using text messages. Also by using multiple gsm's communicating with each other we can Allow systems literally miles apart to stop and start each other without having to run cables massive distances

The OPL gauge monitors high and low pressures mechanically with easily adjustable rotating selectors to set your desired limits and large pressure display also combined with a dampener to smooth  out spikes, used as a backup to electronic sensors we can doubly ensure that your systems are reliable

Using ultrasonic sound waves very accurate level measurements can be achieved without physical contact with the measured substance, combined with a HMI, trends can be viewed and downloaded giving records of liquid movement. When less accurate measurements are requited we also offer probes and mechanical float systems

Flow is monitored and controlled via a flow meter or flow switch. A flow switch is  mechanical paddle type for basic flow detection. A flow meter measures actual flow for control applications
